Marriage Vows

I, Brooke, take you, Eric, to be my lawfully wedded husband.  I recognize and submit to your God-given authority under Christ as the head of our home.  I give myself totally to you and will rest securely in joyful submission to your provision and your protection.  I promise that I will always love you with an unconditional love, always support and encourage you in whatever you do and however you feel.  In our walk through life I will always be at your side as your helper, fellow worker and your best friend.  I will always seek to understand you and to meet the needs in your life which I am able to fulfill by the grace of God.  I will surround you with my love and work with you to make our home one that is filled with beauty, love, joy and the peace of the Lord.  This is my marriage covenant with you.

I accept my responsibility to provide for you in all areas of life, to create an environment in which you are free to grow and develop into all that God wants you to be.
