We were dating only 3 months while stranded at the JFK airport @ 10:00 pm.
Date: December 2005
Location: New York City
Event: Eric's former roommate's wedding
Problems: Bad hotel;
I, personally, was left to roam the streets of NYC alone;
No activities were planned after the wedding;
Snowed the night before we were to leave;
Flight leaving at 11:00 a.m. was cancelled;
Had to book a flight leaving at 5:00 p.m. from another airport;
That flight was delayed (twice);
Didn't leave NYC till midnight;
Oh, and it was freakin' cold!
Result: Never visiting New York City again!

Man, that stinks!! I don't blame you for not wanting to go back. But you never know, you might like it next time, if you go in the summer :)
